The Story
Hold your breath guys! Prabhu and Urvasi are getting ready to pair very soon. Don't panic for they are going to share the screen as pair and not in life. The movie is titled Best of Luck. It is directed and scripted by Vinu Kiriyath.
Prabhu- Urvasi were a very much applauded pair during the eighties in Tamil. This is their first Malayalam movie. Apart from them recent young pairs like Rithu fame Atif Aslam and Rima Kallingal, Neelathamara fame Kailash and Archana Kavi will also be seen in the movie. The movie will be launched 27th of this month at Kochi. Prabhu is also seen in the upcoming movie Pramani starring Mammootty and Sneha.Ever since the big success of ‘Katha Parayumbol’, Megastar Mammootty has realised the value of appearing in demanding cameos in films. And now the megastar is all set to play a cameo in the new youth movie ‘Best Of Luck’ directed by M A Nishad. Also scripted by the director, the movie will have Mammootty in a short role as an youth icon, who appears in the movie in a decisive time in the life of the lead characters. The movie features many young stars including Kailash, Asif Ali, Reema, and Archana Kavi in the lead roles with able support from Jagathy Sreekumar, Bheeman Reghu, Baiju, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Mamukoya. The movie will also present Pop band Euphoria to set the music for the film.
Best Of Luck Movie Review:
Best of Luck' marks the coming together of two teams - that of 'Neelathamara' and of 'Rithu'.
There would be two couples in the film, the first one of which would be that which we saw in 'Neelathamara' - Archana Kavi and Kailash. There would also be another couple in the film - Reema Kallingal and Asif Ali - whom we had seen in Shyamaprasad's 'Rithu'.
Director M A Nishad who is known for serious cinema, and whose last film 'Vairam' was much critically acclaimed tries his hand at comedy this time with 'Best of Luck'.
Besides the enterprising youngsters, the film also has two veteran actors doing key roles. Prabhu, who was recently seen in 'Pramani' with Mammootty, and Urvasi who is back with a bang with her awesome performance in 'Mummy and Me'.
Prabhu plays a filthy rich entrepreneur by the name of Vinayaka Naickar. While Kailash plays his step-brother, Asif plays a struggling filmmaker.
Music lovers in the state are not unfamiliar with Dr Palash Sen and his band Euphoria. 'best of Luck' would also mark their entry into Malayalam films.
The film, assures its director is aimed at the youth, and tells their story. Produced by A & M Entertainments, 'Best of Luck' would reach the theatres by June end.
