Amy Winehouse recently surprised drinkers at a London pub by taking to the stage for a charity performance.

London, (ANI): Amy Winehouse recently surprised drinkers at a London pub by taking to the stage for a charity performance. The Back to Black singer was a guest at the Hawley Arms' monthly charity club night and surprised the organisers by participating in the event.
"Amy Winehouse just whispered to me, 'I know I'm not on the lineup but do you mind if I play?' Obviously I wasn't going to say no and she got up and played and it was amazing," the Daily Star quoted Organiser Izzy Lawrence as saying.
Amy Winehouse, the 27-year-old, belted out six songs, including Tears Dry On Their Own and a number of new tracks - and the previously unheard material was well received.
“It's quite upbeat, quite funky, very soulful. I think this is going to be massive. If those songs are going to be on the new album, it's going to be huge," Lawrence added.
The film unfolds the tale of a middle class family from Delhi.

Do Dooni Chaar is all set to release this Friday (October 8). The promos of the film, so far, have been quiet impressive and pleasant. The film unfolds the tale of a middle class family from Delhi. The film marks a come back of the yesteryear Bollywood couple Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh after 30 years. In Do Dooni Chaar, the duo are seen as a middle class couple.
The promos of the film suggests it to be comedy flick, while, Neetu Singh insists that the film carries a noble message also, but, in a subtle way.
"The best part about Do Dooni Chaar is that you will never get bored at all. It will make you laugh at the right places but then the film is not just a comedy per se. It has a heart to it and eventually has been designed as a noble film that also conveys a message. The way (writer-director) Habib has written the film, you would see that he hasn't thrust upon anything on the audience but conveyed it all in a subtle manner", says Neetu Singh who was last seen in a blink-and-you-would-miss appearance in Love Aaj Kal.
Quite impressed with the way the film has turned out to be, Neetu Singh praises the director of her comeback film with a heart full of content. "When Habib was narrating the story, he made me rehearse some dialogues from the film", she smiles, "He made me concentrate on some really small things such as mouthing words like 'Saturday' or 'Twenty' in a particular accent. He wanted me to shed off that upper class mentality and get into the garb of a middle-aged woman of a middle class family of Delhi. I was really impressed with what he brought to the table. Also, he made me and Rishi go through quite a few look tests before we finalized on the look of the Duggals, the characters we play in the film."
Once on board, she did have a few nervous moments before she actually gave her first shot in front of the camera. "See, at this age I can't remember all my lines so quickly as I used to in the 70s", she makes a candid confession, "Really, I was very nervous but then that feeling was there only for the first day. Ek baar jab meri jhijhak kjhul gayi (As soon as my hesitation was over) then I was all okay. From second day onwards, it was business as usual. It was back to the old times."

Movie Plot Summary:
Here’s what this English-dubbed Belgian animation is in one word – a snooze-fest (is that two word?).
The most suitable audience for this movie is below 12. Unless you are a kindergarten teacher, a parent with children below the age of puberty, a wildlife enthusiast, an environmentalist or someone who is generally obsessed with anything 3D, this movie is not for you. This will also be an excruciating hour-and-a-half experience for the lovers of Pixar or DreamWorks animations who are so used to the snarky dialogue and continuous comedy those two big names are known for.
Movie Review :
As we have already excluded who should not watch this, now let’s talk about what this movie is all about. “Sammy’s Adventure: The Secret Passage” is not in any way related to Crush the Turtle from “Finding Nemo” (dude!) It takes you (or more like educates you) on a journey within the life-span of a turtle in the ocean – from the time it hatches to its peak age of 50, or in this case from the point of view of one named Sammy.
The movie is sweet and Sammy is one cute little green turtle, but it ends there. There are no memorable characters – from Roy, the turtle-with-attitude (a very cliche characters with Afro American slangs), to Fluffy the Cat (a cat with a fake French accent, not entirely on purpose), most of them are typecasts of animation. The dubbings are too expressive that it reminds you of those interactive preschoolers show or straight-to-DVDs “Barbie Adventures”, somehow robbing the movie from any voice-over versatilities.
The plot is questionable. The Secret Passage as the title suggests only last for twenty minutes, and the rest of it is just an amazing 3D show with neither much character development nor any laugh-out-loud moments.
“Sammy’s Adventures” however is a good film for you to educate people about issues such as illegal whaling, ocean pollution due to oil spills and ocean littering, and at the same time it tries to inform you (with not much subtlety) about the existence of animal shelters and various efforts to save the ocean throughout the years. The animation itself is breathtaking (especially the underwater scenes) and the soundtrack that comes with it consists of some great classic songs.

The National Library of Wales, Aberystwyth, wants information about him for an exhibition on travel.
6 October 2010 Last updated at 06:27 GMT
An appeal has been launched for information about a man who left a Gwynedd village more than 50 years ago to hitchhike around the world.
Islwyn Roberts, from Llanbedr, near Harlech, left home on his epic voyage in 1958, but little is known of what became of him.
The National Library of Wales, Aberystwyth, wants information about him for an exhibition on travel.
He carried a sign with him with Pays de Galles (Wales in French) on it.
The national library in Aberystwyth is appealing for friends or relations of Mr Roberts to make contact, and it is also asking for postcards, photographs or recordings of his travels.
The information will be used in an exhibition called Small World - Travel in Wales and Beyond, which opens on 16 October and runs until next April.
He would surely not have been able to travel to many countries such as the former Soviet states and to fly by plane would have cost a fortune”
"The photograph of Islwyn Roberts is one lovely one of a person from the Welsh countryside who decided to pack his bag and see the world," said Carys Mai Lloyd, curator of the exhibition.
"It was a world which was very different from ours today. It was at the height of the Cold War and the growth of nationalism in Africa and Asia.
"He would surely not have been able to travel to many countries such as the former Soviet states and to fly by plane would have cost a fortune."
Among the other items on display will be ancient maps by Humphrey Lhuyd and John Speed, diaries of the sea voyage to Patagonia, railway posters, letters by Edwards Peet who emigrated to Ohio in 1868, as well as photographs by Geoff Charles and John Thomas.
To coincide with the exhibition, travel writers Jan Morris, Bethan Gwanas and Mike Parker will appear at the library.
Syria has accused a teenaged girl, held without charge for nine months, of spying, officials say.

Syria has accused a teenaged girl, held without charge for nine months, of spying, officials say.
The case of Tal al-Mallohi, a 19-year-old student blogger, was highlighted by international rights groups last month.
Syrian sources say she is due to appear in court in the next few days on charges of spying for a foreign power.
Ms Mallohi has been denied access to a lawyer. Her parents were allowed to see her for the first time in nine months on Thursday, rights groups say.
Detaining a high school student for nine months without charge is typical of the cruel, arbitrary behaviour of Syria's security services”
End Quote Sarah Leah Whitson Human Rights Watch
Her father, Dosar al-Mallohi, told The Associated Press news agency that she was in good health and that she had not yet been formally charged, but declined to comment further.
'Arbitrary detention'
"She was detained on the accusation of spying for a foreign country," a Syrian official told AP, confirming similar reports in the local press.
"Her spying led to an attack against a Syrian army officer by the agents of this foreign country," he added, declining to elaborate further.
The head of the Syrian League for the Defence of Human Rights, Abdel Karim Rihawi, said that Ms Mallohi was expected to appear in court in the next few days. He called for an open and impartial trial.
It is not clear whether Ms Mallohi's arrest is connected to her blog, which contains poetry and social commentary that focuses mostly on the suffering of Palestinians.
Last month, the New York-based Human Rights Watch called for the young woman's immediate release.
"Detaining a high school student for nine months without charge is typical of the cruel, arbitrary behaviour of Syria's security services," Sarah Leah Whitson, Middle East director at Human Rights Watch, said in a statement.
Amnesty International has expressed fears that Ms Mallohi is at risk of torture, saying it has documented 38 different types of torture and ill-treatment used against detainees in Syria.

London's Barbican Theatre is to stage a show which involves the audience changing into their nightwear, brushing their teeth and sleeping over.
Lullaby, produced by the Duckie theatre company, will transform the venue's Pit theatre into a bedroom complete with en suite bathroom cubicles.
Storytelling and cradle song will be followed by a night's sleep and a breakfast the next morning.
The show is due to take place for a month from next June.
Producer Simon Casson said the show would be "reassuring and very, very cosy".
"Every time I go to the theatre I fall asleep, so I thought why don't we embrace that idea and make a show that deliberately sends people to sleep?" he added.
The production is dubbed "a moonlit soporific serenade followed by seven hours of slow-wave sleep rounded-off by breakfast to send you on your way".
Single, double and triple beds will be installed in the theatre.
Tickets for the overnight experience are priced at £42 and are due to go on sale next month.

Engineers drilling to reach 33 trapped miners in Chile say the men might be rescued as early as this weekend.

Engineers drilling to reach 33 trapped miners in Chile say the men might be rescued as early as this weekend.
The head of one of the drilling operations, Pedro Buttazzoni, told the BBC his drill had only 160m (524ft) further to go to reach the men.
However, the man overseeing the entire operation has been more cautious about the timetable for their rescue.
The miners have now been trapped underground for two months, longer than any previous group.
Mr Buttazzoni, the head of the Chilean mining company Geotec, said his drill had already cut through 464m (1,500ft) of rock.
He said his team expected to break through to the area where the miners are sheltering in 3-4 days.
And he said rescuers were debating whether they would in fact need to line the rescue tunnel with metal casing as planned, a process that would take several days.
If it was decided that the lining was not needed, it was "perfectly possible" that the miners could be brought to the surface by the weekend, he said.
'Dangerous' task
The timetable for rescue has shortened dramatically as the three drills racing to reach the miners have made rapid progress.
Last week the government said the rescue attempt would begin in the second half of October, having previously said it would start in early November.
President Sebastian Pinera now says he hopes the miners are rescued before he travels to Europe on 15 October, saying he wants to "share that moment with the miners".
But told of that comment, rescue chief Andre Sougarret said he had no new information to suggest a rescue would be possible before the second half of the month.
A sports physician who is in daily contact with the miners, Jean Romagnoli, told the BBC the men were "very cheerful" and eagerly awaiting their imminent rescue.
But he said it was vital that they continued their fitness training, because pulling them up to the surface would be very stressful.
"That's very dangerous. We want to prevent any type of overheating, because that can produce thermal shock, when your temperature rises above 42C [108F], which decomposes the protins and you can have a hard time recovering.
"That could be fatal," he said.
Once the rescue shaft is complete, a specially made steel capsule, designed by the Chilean navy, will be lowered.
The plan is for navy commandos to go down to assess the situation and help the miners use the rescue capsule.
It is expected to take an hour to pull each of the trapped men to the surface.
The miners have even begun to send prized possessions and mementos which they don't want to leave behind up to the surface using small capsules, known as "doves," in which they have been receiving supplies through narrow boreholes.
Miners' relatives, who have been camping at the site for the past two months, are preparing a party to celebrate their rescue.
Protest:
The men were trapped by a rockfall at the mine near Copiapo, about 725km (450 miles) north of the Chilean capital Santiago, on 5 August.
Rescuers had almost given up the search when they located the miners 17 days later.
As the rescue effort continued, other workers employed at the mine staged a protest on the surface, complaining that they had not been paid since the accident.
Chanting "there are more than 33 of us", about 200 workers marched through the town of Copiapo to demand money they say they are owed.
The company which ran the mine has large debts, and is also facing lawsuits from the relatives of the trapped men.
A paedophile has told a court he was told what to do by his then girlfriend as the pair sexually assaulted and took photographs of a 5 month-old baby.

A paedophile has told a court he was told what to do by his then girlfriend as the pair sexually assaulted and took photographs of a five-month-old baby.
Colin Blanchard told Winchester Crown Court it had been Tracy Dawber, 44, who had taken the lead in the abuse.
Ms Dawber, formerly of Southport, Merseyside, denies the assault and allowing him to take indecent pictures.
Blanchard, 40, formerly of Rochdale in Greater Manchester, previously admitted being involved in the assault.
He is in custody awaiting sentence.
Blanchard told jurors Ms Dawber had lifted the child's clothes to show the infant had no nappy on. He said Dawber had told him to look at the child and to take the photographs.
"I was quite passive in the whole thing. I was taking the photographs as instructed," he said.
"I took a photograph and she asked me to show it to her and then I took another and I showed it again and she repositioned the child accordingly."
He told the court there had been sexual talk during the taking of the images but not much had been said afterwards.
Blanchard told the court the pair met in 2007 and started having normal sex before moving onto an "A to Z of sexual desires and fantasies". The pair had discussed child sex, he said.
He admitted he had been involved with other women including two named in court as Vanessa George and Tracy Lyons.
Blanchard also told jurors had also sent images of child sex to two unnamed women.
Earlier the jury heard Dawber admitted it was her holding the baby in the photographs but denied any wrongdoing.
Jurassic Park actor Sam Neill has criticised New Zealand's government for getting involved in an ongoing row over The Hobbit.

Jurassic Park actor Sam Neill has criticised New Zealand's government for getting involved in an ongoing row over The Hobbit.
Production on Peter Jackson's movie is in jeopardy after unions urged actors to boycott the films over pay.
On Monday, prime minister John Key said the government was holding discussions with the key parties.
But Neill told a local newspaper: "The last thing we need here is for the situation to be politicised."
In September, Jackson warned that if the dispute continued then the two-film Lord of the Rings prequel could be filmed outside his home country.
In an open letter he said the wrangle was a "grab for power" and an attempt by Australian "bully-boy" acting unions to exert influence over New Zealand's film industry.
Earlier this week, Mr Key said he would be "greatly concerned" if the film left New Zealand.
Neill, a New Zealand native, who has also starred in The Piano, told the Otago Daily Times: "Unless they wish to calm the situation or indeed mediate, our politicians should absolutely be quiet.
The star made an appeal for calm, and said the situation should be resolved amicably.
"I am dismayed to read how serious and how unnecessarily charged this dispute has become over the last few days," he said.
"We are seeing too much anger and hysteria all round and it doesn't help to have lots of people yelling from the sideline.
"This is not hard. Shaking hands and a cup of tea should do it."
It is thought Economic Development Minister Gerry Brownlee and Arts and Culture Minister Chris Finlayson met Jackson earlier this week.
The director won 17 Oscars for his Lord of the Rings trilogy, which was largely filmed in New Zealand.
He is producing The Hobbit, also based on a novel by JRR Tolkien, and is widely expected to step up as director after Guillermo Del Toro left the project.
The two-part movie has yet to be given the go-ahead by Hollywood studios, but the Los Angeles Times has reported that a deal could be close to being sealed.

A chimpanzee famous for smoking cigarettes has died at a South African zoo, aged 52.
Charlie the chimp started smoking when some visitors to Mangaung zoo, in Bloemfontein, threw him lit cigarettes.
Zoo spokesman Qondile Khedama said Charlie had become an institution, entertaining thousands of visitors every year with his antics.
An autopsy is being conducted to determine the cause of death.
For years, zookeepers had been trying to get the chimp to kick the habit, and they discouraged visitors from giving him cigarettes.
We realise it will be almost impossible to replace a character like Charlie”
End Quote Qondile Khedama Spokesman, Mangaung Zoo
But Mr Khedama said he did not believe the addiction had ended Charlie's life prematurely, as he had lived around 10 years longer than the average chimp.
"He was on serious medications and in and out of the vet," he said.
"Even though he has been receiving special care, and a special diet including protein shakes, vitamin and mineral supplements, he succumbed to old age."
Charlie is not the only chimp to have picked up human bad habits.
In February, it was reported a Russian chimpanzee was being sent to rehab after he started pestering visitors for alcohol and cigarettes.
Mr Khedama said the zoo hopes to find a new companion for its female chimp, Judy.
But he said: "We realise it will be almost impossible to replace a character like Charlie."
Die Hard director John McTiernan has been sentenced to one year in prison for lying in a wiretapping case.

Die Hard director John McTiernan has been sentenced to one year in prison for lying in a wiretapping case.
The 59-year-old pleaded guilty in July to making false statements to the FBI during investigations into celebrity private detective Anthony Pellicano.
Mr McTiernan hired Pellicano in 2002 to spy on a film producer after they both worked on the movie Rollerball.
Pellicano is currently serving a 15-year prison sentence for racketeering, conspiracy and wiretapping.
Mr McTiernan, whose film credits include Predator, The Hunt for Red October and The Thomas Crown Affair, was ordered to pay a $100,000 (£63,000) fine and serve three years probation.
He will remain free on bond pending an appeal.
The film director initially pleaded guilty in 2006 to lying to the FBI about his involvement with Pellicano.
He later requested to withdraw the plea, arguing he did not have adequate legal representation and was jet-lagged and under the influence of alcohol when he was contacted by the federal agent late at night.
'Prosecutorial vindictiveness'
But a judge refused the request and sentenced him to four months in jail and a fine of $100,000 (£63,000). He was allowed to remain free while his lawyers prepared an appeal.
US District Judge Dale Fischer said she believed Mr McTiernan should receive a harsher sentence than the year recommended by prosecutors because he did not accept responsibility for his actions.
"The defendant doesn't think the law applies to him, and the court has no reason to believe he will not violate the law again when it suits him," she said.
Mr McTiernan's attorney Oliver Diaz said in a statement that the movie director was a victim of "prosecutorial vindictiveness" and planned to appeal against his conviction.
He claimed his client had not been read his rights when first speaking with the FBI, nor was told he was the subject of an investigation.
Pellicano was convicted of 78 crimes at two separate trials in 2008 for obtaining the private records of a number of Hollywood stars including Sylvester Stallone, Keith Carradine and Garry Shandling.

Liverpool Football Club announced Wednesday that its board has agreed to sell the team to New England Sports Ventures,
By the CNN Wire Staff
October 6, 2010 -- Updated 1154 GMT (1954 HKT)
London, England (CNN) -- Liverpool Football Club announced Wednesday that its board has agreed to sell the team to New England Sports Ventures, the company that owns baseball's Boston Red Sox.
The sale is conditional on approval from the Premier League, to which Liverpool belongs; resolution of a dispute about board membership; and other matters, Liverpool said.
The offer from NESV was one of two the club said Tuesday it had received to repay its long-term debt. It had called a board meeting Tuesday to review the bids and approve a sale.
The amount of the sale wasn't immediately disclosed, but the size of the debt is reported to be between 250 million and 280 million pounds ($397 million and $445 million).
Liverpool is currently owned by two Americans, Tom Hicks and George Gillett. They took out loans in the club's name to buy it in February 2007.
NESV's philosophy is all about winning and they have fully demonstrated that at Red Sox.
--Liverpool Chairman Martin Broughton
Liverpool Chairman Martin Broughton said the board had met with NESV representatives over the past several weeks in Boston, London and Liverpool. He praised the company's vision for the English team.
"NESV's philosophy is all about winning and they have fully demonstrated that at Red Sox," Broughton said.
He revealed problems the board has had with Hicks and Gillett, saying the pair tried "everything" to prevent the sale.
"By removing the burden of acquisition debt, this offer allows us to focus on investment in the team. I am only disappointed that the owners have tried everything to prevent the deal from happening and that we need to go through legal proceedings in order to complete the sale," Broughton said.
Before Tuesday's meeting, the two owners sought to remove two board members and replace them with Mack Hicks -- reported by the Liverpool Echo to be Tom Hicks' son -- and Lori Kay McCutcheon, whom the newspaper said is vice president and financial controller of Hicks Holdings.
The second bidder was from Asia but is not linked to Kenny Huang, who led a Chinese consortium interested in investing in Liverpool this summer, the Echo reported.
Geisy Arruda, 21, provoked jeers and insults from fellow students last October when she wore a short red dress to class.

A Brazilian university has been ordered to pay $23,600 (£14,840) to compensate a student who was briefly expelled after she went to class in a dress deemed too short by officials.
Geisy Arruda had already been readmitted to Bandeirante university in Sao Paulo after a public outcry.
Her lawyers were seeking a much higher amount and say they will appeal.
The case provoked widespread debate in Brazil about personal freedom and public morality.
A civil court said the award was enough to compensate Miss Arruda for damages without endangering the financial health of Bandeirante University, a private college in a suburb of the city.
Geisy Arruda, 21, provoked jeers and insults from fellow students last October when she wore a short red dress to class.
The university expelled her for disturbing classes through "a flagrant lack of respect for ethical principles, academic dignity and morality".
But it reversed its decision within weeks following a media outcry and pressure from the education ministry, which accused the university of "total intolerance and discrimination".
Ms Arruda said at the time she felt humiliated by the expulsion.
But the media uproar made her a minor celebrity in Brazil.
In its defence, the university argued that she had deliberately provoked the controversy to become famous.
Miss Arruda's lawyers say they will appeal for a much larger sum in compensation for her "trampled dignity".

A teenager has been jailed for 16 weeks after he refused to give police the password to his computer.

A teenager has been jailed for 16 weeks after he refused to give police the password to his computer.
Oliver Drage, 19, of Liverpool, was arrested in May 2009 by police tackling child sexual exploitation.
Police seized his computer but could not access material on it as it had a 50-character encryption password.
Drage was convicted of failing to disclose an encryption key in September. He was sentenced at Preston Crown Court on Monday.
Drage was arrested when he was living in Freckleton, Lancashire, but later moved to Liverpool.
He was formally asked to disclose his password but failed to do so, which is an offence under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, police said.
'Robust message'
Officers are still trying to crack the code on the computer to examine its contents.
Det Sgt Neil Fowler, of Lancashire police, said: "Drage was previously of good character so the immediate custodial sentence handed down by the judge in this case shows just how seriously the courts take this kind of offence.
"Computer systems are constantly advancing and the legislation used here was specifically brought in to deal with those who are using the internet to commit crime.
"It sends a robust message out to those intent on trying to mask their online criminal activities that they will be taken before the courts with the ultimate sanction, as in this case, being a custodial sentence."
Pop star Rihanna has unveiled tracks from her forthcoming album, Loud, at a club in London.

Pop star Rihanna has unveiled tracks from her forthcoming album, Loud, at a club in London.
The 22-year-old played five songs, including Only Girl (In The World) and Cheers, which she dedicated to "all the semi-alcoholics in the world".
Rihanna said the album had been recorded late at night after she came off stage on her Last Girl On Earth world tour.
"I'd be doing vocals at 4am with a raspy voice," she joked.

Thank you for coming to hear my silly music”
The record, Rihanna's fifth in six years, marks a return to the singer's pop roots after the bleak nihilism of last year's Rated R.
That album, recorded in the wake of the star's assault by then-boyfriend Chris Brown, had a much darker tone - presaged by single Russian Roulette, which talked about a subservient, violent relationship.
One track from the new album, S&M, revisits those themes, with Rihanna declaring, "sticks and stones may break my bones, but whips and chains excite me".
But most of the new material presented a more carefree side to the Barbadian star.
Fizzing synths, club beats and sing-along chants featured heavily, with three songs - Only Girl, What's My Name and S&M - produced by Norwegian team Stargate.
The duo previously collaborated with Rihanna on dance tracks like Don't Stop The Music and Rude Boy.
Cheers, which the singer also referred to by its working title, Drink It Up, was a funky, loping guitar groove dedicated to a night on the town.
Despite its lyrical content, Rihanna confessed she was "too busy" to drink alcohol, and "hardly ever gets any sleep".
The night concluded with a strummed, acoustic ballad called California King Bed, about a couple who sleep beside each other but feel "10,000 miles apart".
Dressed in a figure-hugging white dress with a bold floral print, Rihanna sang along while her new music played, and chatted bashfully to a small audience of invited fans and journalists.
She revealed that the new album would also contain a duet with R&B star Drake and a collaboration with hotly-tipped rapper Nicki Minaj on a track called Raining Men.
"Thanks for coming along tonight, this really means a lot to me," she said. "Thank you for coming to hear my silly music."
Loud is due for release in the UK in November.
Breast Cancer which kills 1,000 a month in the UK.
Breast cancer? There's an app for that
05/10/2010
iPhone-maker Apple has relaxed its strict nudity ban for the first time for a new app to help women identify early signs of breast cancer.
The free iBreastCheck app - launching tomorrow - is the first to be allowed into Apple's tightly-controlled store showing video of women checking their boobs.
Developers from breast cancer charity Breakthrough Breast Cancer say the new app gives women detailed info to help spot the symptoms of the disease, which kills 1,000 a month in the UK.
It includes lifestyle tips to help reduce the risk of developing the disease and the option to set up personal alerts reminding women to carry out regular checks. Users will also be able to take The Risk Report - a quiz to assess the risk of breast cancer based on family history, lifestyle and environmental factors.
A spokeswoman for the charity said: "We submitted the app in the usual way to Apple and were delighted that they thought it was an important enough issue to approve.
"We're hoping it will be very popular with everyone as it will only help to spread awareness of breast cancer "
Bernie Nolan, who is being treated for the disease, said: "This is an incredible development from Breakthrough Breast Cancer. I only wish it had been thought of sooner.
"The earlier breast cancer is found, the better the chance of beating it, which is why I would urge every woman to get into the habit of being breast aware and following Breakthrough Breast Cancer's simple Touch Look Check message - it could make all the difference."

Sugababe Amelle back on booze
But I'm sure she wasn't planning on getting behind the wheel after downing champers at a trendy London hotel.
We broke the arrest story last weekend and Amelle wasn't happy.
"I feel like I'm going rock bottom again," she said.
She was stopped by cops at 5am on her way to meet her personal trainer and blamed it on a hangover from the night before.
But she seems to be back on form again.
Bandmate JADE EWEN said: "We're so busy she was trying to fit in an early training session because she's so committed."
Diana is moving from sedate Chelsea to a new pad near trendy Shoreditch in East London.

Diana is moving from sedate Chelsea to a new pad near trendy Shoreditch in East London - but there's a three-week gap while she waits for the new place to be ready.
"I've moved out of my old flat and I've got three weeks til I can move into my new place with my sister Charlotte. So I'm sofa surfing, staying with different friends every night.
"It's a drain," she said, her Lancashire drawl still croaky from a recent throat infection
Diana Vickers' sexy new video for My Wicked Heart
"I've been living in Chelsea for the past year on my own, and it's not really me down here - it's quiet and everyone's a bit older. So I'm really excited about going to east London, which is much more my thing - there's loads of young people and artists and there's a real party atmosphere.
"I can't wait to get there and get settled," she adds.
But as soon as 19-year-old Diana gets the keys to the new place she'll be upping sticks again as she embarks on her first national tour to take her smash album Songs From The Tainted Cherry Tree around Britain.
And we've got the web exclusive of her latest video My Wicked Heart - her third single - which is due to be released next month. The song has been described as an anthem to one-night-stands - a rumour Diana is quick to quash.
"No!" she said. "It's not that!
"It's about someone you're infatuated with for months and months, and you really want them but can't have them - either because they're in a relationship or you're in a relationship.
"You know it's bad what you're feeling, but at the same time just seeing them gives you butterfiles in your stomach and turns you into a frisky devil!
"And no.. I'm NOT talking about anyone in particular! Unless Johnny Depp phones me up I'm too busy for a relationship right now. Also, I'm very picky - it takes a lot for someone to catch my eye."
Diana describes the song as a mix of quirky dance queen Bjork and goth-rockers Siouxsie & the Banshees.
"I'm really excited. It's a new sound for me - very electro but very poppy. I guess it's a bit far-out but a lot of my fans have been in touch saying how much they love it so I hope it will do well."
But as for being wicked herself? "I've never really done anything wicked - but i used to always do naughty things when I was growing up like filrting with people you're not meant to flirt with.
"When I was young I used to hang out with the bad crowd.. and my mum always used to say 'don't go on the back of their motorbikes'.. but of course I'd go on the back of their motorbikes."
Di was mentored by Cheryl Cole when she won the nation's hearts in the X Factor two years back. She says they rarely see each other now, but puts that down to their hectic schedules rather than a reported cooling in relations.
"I speak to her every now and again and we both went out to a dinner a few weeks ago, but it's hard enough getting to spend time with my own friends so we don't really get a chance to hang out."
"I'm watching the X Factor when I get a chance. I love Matt, the guy with the hat. He's got such a great voice and loads of charisma. And for a male vocalist hes got a huge range and we need a really good new lad on the scene.
"I haven't been asked to perform on the show yet this year, but obviously I'd love it. Everyone tries to get that place. A duet with Matt? Maybe, if he asked!"
As well as her meteoric music career, Diana has been making waves in the fashion industry - she was chosen to be the face of a high-street brand at last month'S London Fashion Week.
"This was the first year I've been invited to fashion week and I got so into it. I was being really geeky, like 'what material is that?' And I got to go backstage and meet the designer of the dress i was wearing, which was amazing.
"I know I've worn some pretty out-there outfits but I always have the last say.
"Although was one time at the iTunes festival when I had to wear this dress like a gold teapot with nipple tassles.. that was a bit far out. My mum loved it though.. she said she was going to buy one!"
My Wicked Heart is available to download on October 17 and will be in the shops on November 1. The UK and Ireland tour starts on November 8 in Manchester.

The shameless 22-year-old single mum is a damning indictment on Britain's gimme-gimme handout culture.
Life's a ball on benefits
Vicky's partied for 6 years on your money
By Jane Atkinson | Chief feature writer, 03/10/2010
EVERY night is party night for fit young benefits scrounger Vicky Dawson - thanks to a free house and £160-a-week drinking money from YOU the muggins taxpayer.
The shameless 22-year-old single mum is a damning indictment on Britain's gimme-gimme handout culture.
She proudly boasts that the only work she's interested in is "working the system".
The government has promised a crackdown on spongers, but expert skiver Vicky vows NEVER to get a job. She bragged: "Why do I want to slog my guts out when I could be at home watching TV?
"I think work's overrated. I've spent hours drinking in the park with my mates and laughing at workers on their lunch breaks. They look so miserable.
"I like my life. I get £160 pocket money every week for doing nothing and on top of that I get a free house.
"I spend my cash on clothes and partying. And I'm glad I don't have to go to work because I get terrible hangovers. I don't care if people think I'm like a real-life Vicky Pollard from Little Britain. I'm the smart one working the system."
Every fortnight idle Vicky leaves her smart two-bedroom house with its wooden floors, Sky TV, and booze-stocked fridge to go to the JobCentre - to prove she's seeking work.
But secretly she does her best to ensure she's NOT offered a job.
"It's easy," she bragged. "At interviews most people dress in skirts or suits but I turn up in jeans and a jumper. I look as bored as I can and stare out of the window. If they ask why I want the job and why I'd be good at it, I just say 'Dunno.' It usually works."
Vicky started on benefits after dropping out of school at 16. Then she realised becoming a mum would loot even more from the system and now she has two-year-old Lewis.
"I had two miscarriages before I finally had him," she told us. "The doctor said I should rest during pregnancy in case I miscarried again. So there was no way I could work then. I just had to put my feet up."
Vicky's party lifestyle in Gainsborough, Lincs, costs the state £6,200 a year in rent and council tax - plus £8,320 to spend on herself and Lewis.
"I love having fun and a bit of luxury," she admitted. "I bought a £150 Karen Millen handbag last week. We all deserve a few treats. I'm not going to get any old job just for the sake of it. I'll carry on living off taxpayers' money.
"And frankly, I don't really see the problem - everybody does it."
No Vicky, they don't. There's a long-suffering army of honest workers out there footing the bill and we're pretty fed up with it.
Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson may reunite for a new project entitled El Presidente.
October 5th, 2010
The Los Angeles Times is reporting that A-list actors Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson may reunite for a new project entitled El Presidente. It will be the first time the two actors have worked together on-screen since the 1992 classic A Few Good Men.
Warner Bros. recently bought the script from Parks and Recreation writer Daniel J. Goor, which centers on a straight-laced Secret Service agent who gets assigned to protect an unsavory ex-President. Tom Cruise has attached himself to the Secret Service agent role, while the studio has put out an offer to Jack Nicholson to portray the ex-President. Here's an excerpt from the site's article, which describes the plot in more detail:
"In El Presidente, the Cruise and Nicholson characters, while opposites in temperament, wouldn't be antagonists - they'd actually be on the run together when a threat is made on the life of the ex-president. But Nicholson would get to play a colorful, flawed older man against Cruise's devoted idealist."
Warner Bros. wouldn't comment on the story for the article, and it was said that, despite the offers and attachments made, nothing is guaranteed at this point. We'll be sure to keep you posted with any further details on El Presidente as soon as we have more information.
El Presidente is in development and stars Tom Cruise.
