London (ANI): Emma Watson didn’t pucker up for her kiss scenes – instead, she had to 'grit her teeth' during the filming of the latest Harry Potter movie when she was called on to kiss both Rupert Grint and Daniel Radcliffe. The next installment of the wizard franchise Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1 features romantic scenes between Watson and both her co-stars.
Watson revealed that she was quite uncomfortable while filming the scenes because she struggled to separate Grint and Radcliffe from their onscreen roles. "Getting into character to kiss Dan and Rupert was tough. Forgetting all of our history, and our relationship. Putting all that aside and being in character was pretty b**ody hard, it really was,” The Daily Star quoted Watson as saying.
“That required a huge amount of professionalism. I really had to grit my teeth and be like, I am Hermione, this is Harry - stop thinking that it's Emma kissing Dan. It's not. It's all good.”

Melbourne, (ANI): R&B star Brandy has admitted that she has not had sex in years. The singer and actress opened up to Life & Style magazine about her admittance on the October. 11 episode of the US Dancing with the Stars that she hadn't been intimate with someone in six years.
In the interview, the 31-year-old clarified her remark. "I haven't been with a man seriously and in love in six years," the Daily Telegraph quoted her as saying.
"And, honestly, I tend to abstain if I'm not in a relationship,” she added. However, that doesn’t mean she’s been celibate for six years. "Um, no. But it's been a long time. We're talking years," she admitted.
"I actually went on a blind date a couple months ago that was very interesting but nothing serious," she said.

New York (ANI): 'Glee' men have reportedly been offered 100,000 dollars to pose for Playgirl magazine. Following a racy GQ spread featuring the show's stars Lea Michelle, Cory Monteith, and Dianna Agron that caused quite a stir, namely cries of pedophilia from the Parents Television Council, Playgirl magazine is ready to take on the guys of 'Glee'.
Chord Overstreet, the actor who plays the show's new blond quarterback dreamboy, may be offered as much as 100,000 dollars to pose for 'Playgirl', according to E! Online. "And he doesn't even have to take it all off," the New York Daily News quoted a rep for the magazine as saying about the 21-year-old's potential spread.

Spirituality, homosexuality, thriller on offer at box office by Supreet Sharma on Mon, 10/25/2010
New Delhi, Oct 25 : A film based on the preachings of Shirdi Sai Baba, another on the controversial issue of homosexuality and a thriller too -- movie buffs will have three distinctively different films in "Maalik Ek", "Dunno Y... Na Jaane Kyun" and "Nakshatra" on offer this Friday.
"Maalik Ek" marks a comeback of sorts for actor Jackie Shroff, who dons the garb of Shirdi Sai Baba. The film is based on the saint's preachings and philosophies.
The film will take audiences back to the era when Sai Baba was refused or was prohibited from various communities and villages surrounding Shirdi in Maharashtra as the villagers thought he was a thief.
The much-delayed, low-budget film is directed by Deepak Balraj Vij and produced by Kishori Shahane Vij under the banner of Om The Mantra Productions. The film also stars veteran actor Manoj Kumar, Divya Dutta and Rohini Hattangadi.
Jackie admits that this role has changed his outlook.
"When I was offered this role, I was apprehensive whether I would be able to do justice to it or not. It took six months for the director to convince me. But once I got into the character and wore Sai Baba's clothes, everything looked easy," Jackie told IANS.
"I didn't prepare for it at all. I could automatically walk like him and even talk like him. This role has changed my soul and perception," he said.
On the other hand, "Dunno Y... Na Jaane Kyun" deals with homosexuality. Directed by debutant director Sanjay Sharma, it tells the story of a serious relationship between two men. It stars Kapil Sharma and Yuvraj Parashar in lead roles.
The director has also roped in yesteryears actresses Zeenat Aman and Helen in key roles along with Rituparna Sengupta, Kabir Bedi, Tara Sharma and Asha Sachdev.
Sharma says his aim was to tell people that homosexuals are not abnormal.
"Through this film I wanted to bring out the relationship between these characters. How they feel, their emotions... My aim is not to make fun of them. It was a big challenge for me to deal with this subject. I'm happy that at least I gave it a shot," said Sharma.
"I want to send a message through my film that homosexuals are also human beings. They are not abnormal. So people shouldn't see them with a different perspective. Like we love, even they love. It's very important to create this awareness," Sharma added.
The film boasts of bold intimate scenes that attracted the attention of the censor board. According to recent reports, the board has cut a lovemaking scene featuring actors Yuvraj and Kapil, by about 60 percent. The film has been showcased at different festivals.
Another film that hits screens this Friday is Milind Soman-starrer "Nakshatra". Directed by Mohan Savalkar, the film is a romantic thriller that deals with the complexities of life. It is a story that portrays different shades that paint a bond of love between two completely different people.
It is a story about a dreamer, whose dream is misled by destiny.
Apart from Milind, it also stars Anupam Kher and newcomers Shubh Mukherjee and Sabina Sheema.

According to reports, English actor-comedian Brand and American musician Perry are undergoing a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony on October 23 at Sher Bagh Resort adjoining Ranthambhore National Park in Rajasthan state of India on October 23. Movie Review : I actually enjoyed this movie as did the 25-30 people who were sitting in audience with me in a Los Angeles suburb. This was a thriller full of deceit and manipulation. The production was lacking due to budget constraints, but the story was good even though the main character had issues.
The characters in the movie were urban professionals played by former TV sitcom stars and a couple of actors from Tyler Perry’s stable of actors. They were all good but the movie needed an A lister to sell it at the box office. I am thinking if a younger Samuel Jackson or Will Smith had played the lead character David Washington, this would have been a mini blockbuster. (Cordell Moore plays Mr. Washington very well)
It would have been against type for Will who lately has been transitioning from an urban hero to a more dramatic actor. Denzel won his Oscar for playing the ultimate bad cop. Will could have gotten at least a nomination playing the lead in this one.
It is worth the money so I say grab it in theaters if you can, and if you can’t, at least get it when it makes it move to DVD where these types of movies usually start off at anyway. This movie was excellent. The storyline was fabulous. Seeing Tempest Bledsoe back in the acting realm was awesome and this was Essence Atkins’ most phenomenal performance in my opinion!! Essence really displayed her wonderful acting skills! Cordell Moore played this role very well!! I can not wait to see your work is more films. There was such a beautiful chemistry between the cast and it overflowed through to the audience! Lamman Rucker always adds a exquisite flair to any cast with his classical handsome looks..but it was wonderful to see a different side of him in this film. KUDOS to the entire cast and crew! I will definitely add this one to my DVD collection!

I didn't like the third part of the Millennium trilogy as much as the second but it was better than the 1st part for sure. We have a more fleshed out group of characters to contend with now and the plot of the series has become so expansive you can hardly believe these two rather insignificant people have so much on their plates.
The final installment in the Millennium trilogy continues off where the 1st and 2nd movie leaves off as we find Lisbeth being air lifted out of Zala's compound and near death. Meanwhile the authorities seek Lisbeth to indict her for attempted murder and a slew of other alleged misdeeds but Blomqvist still stands by steadfast and armed with the truth.
We see more into the reason why a mysterious group of unknown individuals seeks to discredit Lisbeth and silence her to protect the man called Zala and what his significance is to the mysterious group.
The whole of Lisbeth's past and the present circumstances surrounding Zala and the mystery men come together like an immovable object and an unstoppable force as the story reaches its ultimate climax towards the end. All the while, Niedermann lurks in wait.
I was beyond blown away by the trilogy as a whole and recommend you watch all three in sequence. Bravo.

NTR’s portrayal invites TDP ire for filmmaker Ram Gopal VermaThe recent release of Ram Gopal Verma’s film “Rakht Charitra” has raised anger and protest since it portrays former Chief Minister of the State of Andhra Pradesh, NT Rama Rao to be a man who gave encouragement to violence.
The NTR fans and leaders of the TDP along with its workers were enraged after the film’s release, though; there was an uneasy calm in the faction-ridden Anantapur district.
The movie is based on the 30-year-old disputes between factions in Anantapur district which shows violence started by the then warlords.
The central characters are played by Shatrughan Sinha who plays NT Rama Rao, Vivek Oberoi who portrays the character of former monister Paritala Ravi. He was allegedly assassinated by a hired killer Moddu Seenu.
There was one more character who was Paritals’s rival and stayed in jail for many years for his involvement in the Jubilee Hills bomb blast case. This was done with the intent of killing Ravi who escaped.
There was no reaction, however, by Ravi’s widow Paritala Sunita and Suri who is a Congress leader presently.

Mumbai, Oct 24 - Aishwarya Rai, who once again teams up with Sanjay Leela Bhansali in "Guzaarish", says they share a strange connection. The beautiful actress also says that the sensitive film helped the whole team reconnect with the goodness inside them.
"We are so strangely connected that we can communicate so much in silence. You can't bring down the experience of working with Sanjay in one word, sentence or a paragraph. Sanjay can't be contained in a word. We all say he is a genius, multi-faceted, but actually he is a real artiste. He sings, he breaks into dance, he loves music and he is very intense," Aishwarya told IANS in an interview.
"Guzaarish" being her third film with Bhansali after "Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam" (1999) and "Devdas"(2002), the actress reveals that she has always felt being an important character in his films and not just the lead heroine.
"In his film, everyone is a character integral to his narrative and it's a pleasure working with him. You always feel that you are in a team. I experienced that in 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam', I experienced that in 'Devdas', I experienced that in 'Guzaarish'," said Aishwarya, who plays a nurse to actor Hrithik Roshan's character of a paraplegic in "Guzaarish".
The actress refrains from saying that intense roles are harder than playing the typical Bollywood heroine. Citing her last two films with Hrithik - "Dhoom2" (2006) and "Jodhaa Akbar" (2008), Aishwarya says her roles were equally intricate to the genres of both the films.
"I have done a lot of intense films, lesser comedy films, and lesser commercially typical heroine films and yet I say all could be equally easier or tough. When you go without make-up, wear a sari, suddenly that role becomes more intense and just because you put make-up, wear dresses and do hair styles the role becomes frivolous... I think it's unfair to compartmentalise creativity like that. How you pose for the camera is also a craft.
"In 'Dhoom' we had to look smashing in every frame, the character's incidental in terms of acting nuances, but everything had to look perfect. That's also a method of the craft.
"In 'Jodhaa Akbar' we were doing a history together, but in every point while we were working with the detailing and authenticity with a director like Ashutosh Gowariker, we brought that in. It always played in our mind that it shouldn't look that today's kids are donning historical costumes. That needed a certain kind of craft," Aishwarya explained.
In "Guzaarish", Hrithik plays a paraplegic and "yes, I am playing a caretaker nurse, but within that we had to bring in the story that Sanjay really wants to tell and at the same time we have to be honest to our character in terms of expressing our inter-personal relations," Aishwarya said.
Asked if through the journey of making the film, she had subtly evolved as a better human being, she said: "The whole team felt that. Everyone has goodness in him or her. But everyone has experiences which help you connect or reconnect with the goodness in you or the goodness you wish to share. This film has been a very positive film for the whole team because of the intensity of the genre and the sensitivity of its nature.

Powerstar Puneet Rajkumar and Bhavana starrer Kannada movie Jackie has got grand opening across Karnataka. The much-hyped movie is successful in impressing most of the film critics. It has simple story with good songs, fight comedy and excellent narration and these aspects have helped the movie in bagging rave reviews from movie critics.
Jackie Reviews: Suri has woven a story with many underlying messages, mainly exposing the big, bad world of human trafficking. Puneet has outdone himself playing Jackie. The film belongs to Suri and him, along with cinematographer Sathya Hegde and composer V Harikrishna. The four of them have worked their charms, which translates into a wonderful film, the DNA review.
The intriguing bit is that nowhere in the film hero's real name is revealed. Even the character played by the leading lady is mentioned by name only once. But, it does not really matter. The film’s fast pace does not leave enough time to dwell into such details, or even take a breather. Even scenes of Puneet as a child actor add little weightage. Songs creep up at regular intervals too but that can be pardoned as they are a delight to watch. The film's pace picks up in the second half as Rangayana Raghu with Puneet's assistance lights up the screens in his police avatar, the Rediff review.
Jackie is one of those films that make you feel satisfied and proud of being a Kannada film fan. From the word go, there is hardly a trick director Suri misses in keeping the audience entertained as well as engrossed in the narrative. The introduction of strong characters, the colloquial languages the appealing to the front benchers Soori has done a splendid home work. However, Tamil movie Endhiran and Kannada movie Pancharangi, which were released a few weeks ago, are still running houseful. The two have always been considered as the ultimate B-town couple with their presence at almost all high level events in tinsel town becoming instant highlights, owing to their great popularity amongst all age groups of the social network, and if they are smiling and snuggling, exchanging great vibes, it seems to their millions of fans that they are indeed a very good couple, and the greatest example of being in a perfect marriage!
However, recently, at the music launch of the forth coming Sanjay Leela Bhansali flick Guzaarish, the two were quite separately seen at the event, as Ash had to be present on stage with the lead star Hrithik Roshan and the director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, due to the music launch and the promo of the film.
The music launch was initiated by Big B, who did the needful and had to leave due to other commitments. But, it was junior Bachchan, Abhi, who was reportedly feeling quite out of place, and according to sources, left the venue soon enough!
As speculations did the rounds, as to why Abhishek had left so early, many said that it was due to the great vibes between Ash and Hrithik, in the film, which made the junior Bachchan quite uncomfortable. But, going by the cool dude attitude of Abhishek Bachchan, he really does not look the kind of person to be the bothered kind, and he seems to take all professional requirements quite in his stride.
So, is there any truth in the fact that Abhishek was uncomfortable? Well, at least it has sent feelers as to how tolerant are Ash and Abhi in real life? Are they cool with each other’s comfort levels with co actors, or are they quite insecure? Tricky questions, those!
