Of the remaining projects due for release in the latter months of 2010 to come, the Hrithik Roshan - Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starer Guzaarish is high up in the list of expectations. For good reason too, considering the success of their previous common film, Jodha Akbar, and adding the complimenting presence of director Sanjay Leela Bhansali backstage, to the lead couple's onscreen charisma.

The much awaited Guzaarish, is set for release this November. Even before the first theatrical promo of the movie has been aired, we bring you a sneak peek at Hrithik's character

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Actor Randy Quaid and his wife are facing burglary charges in California after the owner of the couple's old house reported they had been living there without permission.

A representative of the property owner called Santa Barbara sheriff's deputies Saturday afternoon to report that squatters had been staying in the guest house illegally. When deputies arrived at the house that evening, they found Randy and Evi Quaid, who said they had owned the property since the 1990s.

The property owner's representative provided documents that showed his client had bought the home in 2007. A contractor showed police more than $5,000 in damages to the guest house.

Police arrested the Quaids on charges of felony residential burglary and entering a non-commercial building without consent, a misdemeanor. Police also charged Evi Quaid with resisting arrest.

LOS ANGELES: Troubled US starlet Lindsay Lohan admitted Friday she failed a drugs test, meaning she may be ordered back to jail a month after she was freed on bail.

The 24-year-old stressed that drug addition was a disease which she hopes to overcome, but acknowledged that she was a "work in progress."

"Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test," she said on her Twitter feed, apparently confirming reports on the TMZ celebrity news website and People Magazine online which said she failed the test last week.

The failure would be a breach of her bail conditions, which could require her to return to jail for 30 days, the news outlets said.

Lohan said she was prepared to appear in court if required next week.

"This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences" she wrote on the microblogging site.

"Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it."

And she added: “I am so thankful for the support of my fans, loved ones and immediate family, who understand that i am trying hard, and taking positive steps .. but also that I am a work in progress, just as anyone else.

"I am keeping my faith, and I am hopeful....Thank you all!!!" she wrote.

MUMBAI: Sonam Kapoor is down with typhoid and has been in bed for the past ten days.

You cannot blame 'mausam' for her sickness, but her under production film Mausam can blame her sickness for yet another delay.

The film's first schedule in Edinburgh, Scotland, in June was delayed because of flight disruptions caused by volcanic ash from an eruption in Iceland. Later, the schedule was adjusted to accommodate Sonam's promotion of her films I Hate Luv Storys and Aisha.

The second schedule of the film is currently underway in Mumbai.

"Yes guys I do have typhoid.. I've been in bed for the last 10 days. Already feeling slightly better." Sonam tweeted this morning.

After completing filming for Anees Bazmee's Thank You with co-star Akshay Kumar in Toronto, Sonam took a ten day vacation in NYC. She arrived in Mumbai on September 4.

Sonam, 25, first indicated that she was not well when on September 6 she tweeted:

"Very very sick :-("

Later in the week Sonam shared with her twitter fans that she has been reading a lot as she has been unwell.

"I do wake up early everyday. 6 am is my outer limit. Usually workout but since I've been unwell have been reading." She tweeted on September 11.

Among the many other things that Sonam missed due to her sickness are DVD launch of I Hate Luv Storys and the Manish Malhotra show at the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week.

"I'm so sad I'm missing it...RT @RheaKapoor: So excited for @manisharora1972 's show tonight! Love him." Sonam tweeted on September 16.

New Delhi, Sep 19: Jammu Kashmir's opposition, Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP), president Mehbooba Mufti slammed Kashmir government alleging that it was attempting to undermine the all-party delegation's visit to the troubled state on Monday, Sep 20.

"The state government is bent upon sabotaging this visit. They are trying to create more anger by imposing curfew. Since the government has failed totally, they want to destroy everything as they go," said Mehbooba Mufti.

On Sunday, Sep 19 Mehbooba asked the all-party delegation, headed by Home Minister P Chidambaram, to reach out to the common man.

"There is no rationale in the curfew imposed. I appeal to the delegation to reach out to the common man, the people of Kashmir beyond what the Jammu and Kashmir government wants them to see and beyond all the mainstream parties," added Mehbooba.

"The delegation must directly interact with the common man. The state government has brought Kashmiris in confrontation with the security forces. If you alienate your own people, where do they go?" she ask
