The reality show 'Bigg Boss 4' on Colors saw an opening yesterday (October 3rd). The host, actor Salman Khan, opened the reality show by introducing all its contestants. However, the most striking part of the show were the contestants. Bigg Boss has roped in all the controversial personalities as the inmates of the house.

The show saw entrant like Abbas Kazmi, the former lawyer of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack accused Mohammad Ajmal Kasab. The show will also have the thief-turned-detective Devinder Singh a.k.a. Bunty:The Thief, actor Ashmit Patel (brother of actress Amisha Patel), who was involved in the MMS sex scandal with Riya Sen, and Rahul Bhatt, who was allegedly a friend of David Headley, accused of being involved in 26/11 attacks, as its contestants.

Along with inmates like thiefs and lawyers, the reality show will also feature a dacoit this season. Former woman bandit Seema Parihar, who had allegedly killed 70 people and abducted over 200 before surrendering to the police a few years ago.

Two contestants from Pakistan, the controversial bowler Mohammed Asif's former girlfriend actress Veena Malik and Pakistani cross- dressing anchor Begum Nawazish Ali, will also participate in the show.

Television actress Shweta Tiwari and Sara Khan, former MTV Splitsvilla winner Sakshi Pradhan and model Aanchal Kumar will add up to the glamour part of the show. The other inmates of the house comprise of Bhojpuri superstar Manoj Tiwari, model-turned-actor Sameer Soni and model Hrishant Goswami.

There are few changes made in the format of the show this season. All the 14 contestants, be it male or female, will be put together in the same dorm. The show will have a captain from among the contestants every week, who will be in a safe zone (free from elimination) and will enjoy the facility of the master bed room for a week. The captain will have the power to nominate a contestant, who by default will become a part of the elimination list of the week.

The participants will not use mobile phones and there will be no clock in the house. The house will constantly be under the surveillance of about 50 cameras.
