Didier Drogba scored his sixth season goal, brazilian Alex doubled the Blues lead over Arsenal.

Manchester United failed to secure their first English Premier League away win of the season, drawing 0-0 at Sunderland. Manchester City secured the second place after they beat Newcastle with 2-1. Liverpool is on 18th place after they lost 1-2 against Blackpool.
