Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who turns 68 today (October 11), has millions of fans all over the world. One such fan club from the megastar’s hometown has decided to gift their idol a 68-pound cake on his 68th birthday.

M A Javed Ansari, director of this 'Amitabh Bachchan' fan club has been quoted saying that the members of the fan club has taken permission from Big B to present him this 68-pound cake along with a painting of his parents. The members of the club will travel to Mumbai to present the cake and the painting to the megastar. They received a letter from Mr. Bachchan, inviting them to his residence in Mumbai.

Ansari added that in his letter, Amitabh had mentioned that memories of his parents are associated with the city and the fans' interest to set up a museum on his movies showed their love for him. A five-member delegation of the fan club will go to meet Amitabh Bachchan on his birthday. The painting of late Harivansh Rai Bachchan and Teji Bachchan belongs to the year 1945.

He added that the picture was taken when Big B was only three years old.
