Amsterdam, Aug 31: The Dutch based electronics manufacturer, Philips, announced the launch of world's first Android based MP4 Player.
The new Philips GoGear Connect will come pre-installed with Google Mobile applications and supports more than 100,000 apps available in Android Market. It has 3.2 inch touch screen.
The new patented FullSound technology feature offers a great combination of high touch and rich music experience. The sound isolation earphones of Philips GoGear Connect will block out background noise and provide a superbly clear and detailed music experience even in noisy surroundings.

Philips GoGear Connect will be the first WiFi-enabled MP4 player to offer the full Android experience. The built-in camera helps the users to click photos and record video. The memory can be expandable using Micro SD cards.

The new ultra modern MP4 player will hit the markets by Oct 2010.
