New York (ANI): Actress Natalie Portman engages in gratuitous nudity in her role as Isabel for her forthcoming flick Your Highness. Slapstick humour and B-movie special effects have been juxtaposed with a lingering shot of the actress' rear in a thong in the medieval comedy, reports the New York Daily News.Portman plays a kick-butt warrior princess, who has a penchant for swimming in next to nothing. Though she appeared fully nude in Wes Anderson's short film Hotel Chevalier and showed much of her behind as a stripper in Closer, this is the first film in which the 29-year-old actress' nudity is simply offered up as an eyeful for the audience.
Danny McBride co-writer and star of the movie has admitted jocularly to having 'gratuitous nudity' in the weed-friendly homage to 1980s camp fantasies like Conan the Barbarian and Beastmaster. "We pride ourselves on historical inaccuracies. We did research to do it wrong," he said.
