Keanu Reeves will star in the new indie movie project Generation Um, according to Variety.The movie started shooting today in New York City with Keanu Reeves starring alongside Bojana Novakovic and Adelaide Clemens. Generation Um will follow a day in the life of three friends (Reeves, Novakovic and Clemens) as they immerse themselves in booze, sex and drugs, which leads them down an unlikely path of self-discovery.
Mark L. Mann is directing the film from his own script. Alison Palmer Bourke, who helped develop the script with Mann, is producing with Lemore Syvan and Caroline Kaplan. Palmer Bourke and Syvan produced Henry's Crime, which Keanu Reeves starred in and will debut at the Toronto Film Festival this week.
Generation Um comes to theaters in 2012 and stars Keanu Reeves, Bojana Novakovic, Adelaide Clemens.
