Image Entertainment has picked up Passion Play, starring Mickey Rourke and Megan Fox, at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Written and directed by Mitch Glazer, the film stars Mickey Rourke as a jazz trumpeter who falls in love with a woman (Megan Fox) who sprouts wings. Bill Murray co-stars.

Image took U.S. rights in a deal, which closed Sunday and is valued at more than seven figures. Entertainment One will distribute in Canada.

Image will release Passion Play theatrically, although release dates haven't yet been determined.

Passion Play comes to theaters in 2010 and stars Megan Fox, Mickey Rourke, Bill Murray, Rhys Ifans, Kelly Lynch, Rory Cochrane, Bud Cort, Chris Browning. The film is directed by Mitch Glazer.
