Nothing becomes finalized till the actual shoot starts and the same thing has happened with the characters of Star Plus’ ‘Tere Liye’ as Neha Janpandit who was to essay the role of Anuraag’s (Harshad Chopra) love interest, Nupur, is now no where to be seen in the frame soon after the leap, Nupur was about to enter the show but a gossip monger says that the poor girl has not received even a phone call from Balaji films after shooting for the promo.

When asked Neha about the reason, she refused to comment on it saying, “Till now we have not started to shoot and will be shooting soon.” But the story does not end there. An insider from the show says, “After the promo was shot, every one’s salary was revised. Even the actors’ salaries were revised to the extent that Balaji Telefilms had dropped down the numbers, which has decreased the salaries of few actors which included Neha. This annoyed Neha no end, as when she had signed the contract the number was different and abruptly after revising the salaries, the number had gone down.”
“So she asked the Balaji people to take a call on it and only if they are agreed with the previous number for the salary, they should give a call to the lady,” adds the source. And the over all story says that Neha didn’t get any call till now. So what does that mean? The million dollar question that still remains unrevealed is; will Neha be the part of the show!
