A poor Father Ended his three minor daughters lives by slitting their throats:
In India Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi district on Tuesday, Jul 6.
Ahmad, unable to cope up with his poverty, killed his three daughters, aged between 6-14 years, in his house at Kamauli village, about 300 km from Varanasi.
Police arrested Ahmad, who confessed his crime.
Police also took his wife, Sitara into custody, as she is suspected to be involved in the killings.
Ramayan Singh, police inspector said, "preliminary investigations indicate that poor financial conditions drove Ahmad to kill his daughters. He worked at a small stationery shop and was not able to look after his family properly."
"We have learnt that Ahmad used to tell his neighbours that he would kill his daughters if his financial condition did not improve," added Singh.
