As part of the movie promotion, Radio Mirchi had organized a contest inviting listeners to come up with crazy recipes to treat the Crazy Kutumba. 5 families were shortlisted where each one cooked an unique dish like one of them had invented upma made of biscuits, one had an exciting new dish with ‘Masala Roti’ terming its as the twin sister of masala dosa, there was also a cocktail of tea and coffee, etc. The participants were complimented with tickets to watch the movie amidst the star studded premiere show
