A group of friends visits Pai to look for an idea to make a good movie that will best decribe the story of this town. They have different aspects towards this town so they decide that each person will go out and find their own idea to put in the movie.
Summary: A heartwarming love story of a group of friends that takes the winter vacation to the same place; Pai. In a small province called Pai, they find the meaning of love.

ปา ย เมืองอันสวยงาม แอบซ่อนตัวอยู่ริมลำน้ำปาย กลางหุบเขาอันเงียบสงบทางตอนเหนือของแม่ฮ่องสอน มีนาขั้นบันไดเขียวขจีแทรกสลับอยู่อย่างกลมกลืน ชุมชนเล็กๆ แห่งนี้เริ่มเป็นที่รู้จักของใครหลายคนที่อยากมาเห็น มาสัมผัสกับตาว่า ทำไมน๊า..ใครๆ ก็อยากเดินทางมากันนัก... เช่นเดียวกับ แจ็ค (บิณฑ์ มหาดำรงค์กุล) นักศึกษา ปี 4 สาขาภาพยนตร์ แจ็คเคยมาเที่ยว ปาย แล้วครั้งนึงและหลงเสน่ห์เข้าอย่างจัง หลังจากเปิดภาคเรียนสุดท้าย เขาก็ชวนเพื่อนสนิทอีก 4 คน คือ บอย(ดอร์ม วงศ์วานิช) โต้ง(วิระ ทัศน์สุวรรณ ) หนิง (สมฤทัย พรหมจรรย์) และ แอน (สุชารัตน์ มานะยิ่ง) ไปเที่ยวปายอีกครั้ง แต่ครั้งนี้ทุกคนที่ไปจะต้องไปช่วยกันทำหนังดีๆ สักเรื่องนึง ที่บอกเล่าถึงเมืองเล็กๆ แห่งนี้ ในแง่มุมที่น่าสนใจ แต่ พอไปถึง เพื่อนๆ ทั้ง 4 กลับพบมุมมองของเมืองปายที่แตกต่างกันไป ก็เลยตกลงกันว่าให้แต่ละคนออกไปค้นหาไอเดียเจ๋งๆ มาใส่ในหนังเรื่องนี้ดีกว่า.. แจ็คและเพื่อนๆ ออกสำรวจ ปาย อย่างลึกซึ้งอีกครั้ง...พวกเขากลับพบว่า เมืองแห่งนี้เต็มไปด้วยความรัก...ความสุข....สมหวังและผิดหวัง....ความทุกข์ ....โอกาส....อดีตอันน่าจดจำ และ...อดีตที่ยากจะลืมเลือน.... เขาทั้ง 5 จึงร่วมถ่ายทอด อารมณ์ “ปาย” ออกมาให้หัวใจเรา “อินเลิฟ” อีกครั้ง..
