Actress Katrina Kaif, who doesn't believe in titles like- sexy, beautiful, gorgeous, etc., has yet again topped the list of the Sexiest Women 2011 with her average rating being higher than the cricket blaster Sachin Tendulkar.

The poll was conducted by the lifestyle magazine FHM. Katrina's average is higher than Tendulkar. She also replaces Deepika Padukone, who won the title in 2010. The FHM Sexiest Women poll is purely based on online polls and SMSes. This year the poll saw over 35,000 entries.

"If somebody is graciously giving me something why should I refuse it," (TOI) smiles Katrina. The actress now has some interesting stories to impart to her grandchildren, when she grows old. Katrina's natural beauty has previously won her the Sexiest Woman in the World by FHM India title, in 2008 and 2009.

FHM India's Executive Editor, Kabeer Sharma, informs that no woman in the world across all 28 editions of FHM has ever won the sexiest woman in the World title three times in the last 17 years. Well, we must say that is an achievement.

Though Kat is not at a peak, as far as her Bollywood career is concerned, she has successfully maintained her sexy avatar and Google search status intact. She is also the one Bollywood actress to feature on the India Today's Elite Power list. Good going Kat!
