Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen's tirade against show creator Chuck Lorre has landed him at the officially being terminated from the show 'Two and a Half Men'. According to sources, the producers of the show have fired Sheen and the they claim that reason behind his removal is that the actor is a self-destructive, sick addict, who's deteriorating mentally and physically.

In a letter to the actor's lawyer, an attorney for Warner Bros. TV has requested to get his client the sustained, rigorous and effective treatment that he urgently needs. "It is clear that [Sheen] has no intention of agreeing to the intensive evaluation and treatment that his condition requires," the People quotes his statement.

Warner Bors. letter states that Charlie Sheen has been engaged in dangerously self-destructive behavior and appears to be very ill. The show bosses have helped him to recover from his highly publicized partying, which landed him at the hospital. But he failed to continue with his rehabilitation program.

The letter also claims that Sheen's behaviour and inflammatory comments were poisoning key working relationships. "The result has been a series of well-chronicled and increasingly erratic outbursts that have culminated with Mr. Sheen's public tirades of the last few weeks," the People quotes his statement.

However, Sheen's lawyer Martin Singer has responded to the letter and called the termination an absurd. He says that it is ridiculous retaliation against Sheen for daring to criticize Lorre. So he considers this as nothing more than Lorre flexing his muscles and he has assured to respond accordingly.
