Bollywood actress Vidya Balan has reportedly signed her second Malayalam film, which has been titled Arabiyum, Ottakavum, Madhavan Nairum. It is being directed by Priyadarshan. There are three lead ladies in the film. Vidya will be playing superstar Mohanlal's love interest in it.

Arabiyum, Ottakavum, Madhavan Nairum is produced by Ashok Kumar, Jamal Al Nuaimi and Naveen Shashidharan under the banner of Jancos Entertainment. This Malayalam movie will feature actresses Bhavana and Lakshmi Rai in female leads along with Vidya Balan.

Vidya Balan's latest Malayalam movie is a comedy thriller, which is based on the Indian diaspora living in the Gulf region. The shooting of the film will commence in Thiruvananthapuram. Since maximum portion of story is set in Abu Dhabi, the producers have planned to shoot the film in Kochi and Abu Dhabi.

However, Bollywood actress was to start her acting career alongside Mohanlal with the Malayalam film Chakram, but it did not happen due to some unkonwn reason. Santosh Sivan's movie Urumi, which is currently being shot, is her debut in Malayalam films.
