Movie Plot Summary:
Yugam movie tells about the challenges facing today’s youth and what steps should the government take to solve their issues. The film will also discuss the problems pertaining to strong and weak divisions.

The first schedule of Matha Art Productions' Yugam, starring Nischal and Arjumman, is complete. The film is being directed by Raj Sathya and produced by ML Raju. The producer has this to say about the film: "Yugam is based on a burning issue. Apart from having a beautiful love story, the film has all the elements to entertain the viewers. It was shot for 10 days in Araku, Vijayanagaram and Tatipudi reservoir. Nischal, Arjumman, LB Sriram, Chitram Seenu, Ravi Prakash and Suman Shetty participated. A number of key scenes were picturized. The next schedule will be in Hyderabad."
The other cast includes Jeeva, MS Narayana, Sairabhanu, Raghu Babu, Srinivasa Reddy and Dharmavarapu. Yugam has music by Sunil Kashyap, cinematography by Ram Reddy and art by Venkatesh.
The muhurat of Yugam, starring Nischal and Sahara, was performed on Sunday, July 25th. Producer Raja A. clapped the muhurtam shot, while Congress MLC Jupudi Prabhakar Rao switched on the camera. The shooting will begin in August. It will be shot in Hyderabad and Vizag. Produced under the banner of Lacchuram Productions which had earlier produced Dammunnodu, the film looks at the problems faced by the youth. Directed by Raj Sathya, it co-stars Kota Srinivasa Rao, Nasser, Rajeev Kanakala, Suman, Tanikella Bharani, Dharmavarapu, Jeeva, MS Narayana, Rao Ramesh and Shafi. Sunil Kashyap will score the music.
