Despite a Report just a couple of weeks ago from screenwriters Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman that stated they had 'broken' the story for Star Trek 2, director J.J. Abrams has come forward to say that no script has been written yet.

Abrams recently chatted with Hollywscoop.com, and he explained that he has nothing to say about the upcoming sequel, because there is no script at this point in time:

"We don't have a script yet. It is all still being worked out. It is too early to talk about what it might be. It hasn't happened yet."
Zoe Saldana was also there, and she had this to say about the upcoming sequel:

"I think Star Trek 2 is coming first. I will do that one first, and then I will do (Avatar 2)."
Star Trek 2 comes to theaters June 29th, 2012 and stars Zoe Saldana, Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Anton Yelchin, Simon Pegg, Karl Urban, John Cho.
