"Dear Heart" is a horror film concerning the after effects of a man who receives a heart transplant. Shinji (Takaaki Enoki) received the heart transplant and afterwards decides to take a vacation with his wife Miwako (Reiko Takashima) to the Mount Takahara. During this trip Miwako becomes horrified by the personality changes in her husband.
