Plot:
Tock has a lot to live up to. Not only is he named after Thailand's legendary comedian 'Lor Tock', but he also is a descendant of a long lineage of comedians within his family. There's one problem though: Tock just isn't funny - and his father (Jaturong Pholaboon) is starting to realize this. With big shoes to fill/high expectations, Tock struggles to come up with new gags/jokes in attempt to earn his father's respect. With all this pressure/stress, Tock develops pimples. Afraid of acne, he consults dermatologist, Dr. Ice (Paula Taylor), whom he falls in love at first sight with. Interestingly, she is not only beautiful and smart, but could actually be the first person to think that Tock is funny

The Little Comedian Thai Film Synopsis :
The first GTH joint of 2010 is Baan Chan ... Talok Wai Gon (Por Son Wai) (บ้าน ฉัน ..ตลก ไว้ ก่อน ( พ่อ สอน ไว้ )), which has been given the international English title of The Little Comedian and a trailer to go with that, embedded below.

Directed by Fan Chan alumnus Witthaya Thongyooyong, who last offered the time-traveling rock band tale The Possible (Kao ... Kao), Baan Chan is about a family comedy troupe with a black sheep -- a son who isn't funny. He's constantly upstaged by his filthy-mouthed younger sister. Yeah, it's something to see a little girl in pigtails explain to the doctor why her older brother has pimples.
But the doctor isn't laughing at the girl's jokes, she's laughing at the little boy.
And, she's played by smile queen Paula Taylor. The boy, just coming into puberty, is in love. It's Rushmore with sweet Thai cuteness replacing the Wes Anderson quirk.
Comedian Jaturong Mokjok also stars as the family patriarch.
The Little Comedian opens in Thai Cinemas on March 11.

Dear Galileo Thai Hollywood Film. The film Directed by Nithiwat Tharathorn.

Plot
A story of two Thai girls nicknamed Cherry and Noon who plan to backpack around Europe for a year.
They took off for reasons totally understandable for most teenagers, but unfathomable to adults. One is suspended from university while another one is heart broken. Their plan was very simple: get a student visa to take an English course, but their true motivation is to save money, travel, and experience the world. The destinations were the 'Big Three' of Europe - London, Paris and Rome. Before they took this trip, they swore: #1 No matter what happens, not to leave each other and then #2 To never break rule #1.

"One is suspended from university while another one is heart broken." Their plan was very simple: get a student visa to take an English course, but their true motivation is to save money, travel, and experience the world. The destinations were the "Big Three" of Europe – London, Paris, and Rome. Before they took this trip, they swore: #1. No matter what happens, not to leave each other. #2. To never break rule #1 However, as we all know never say “never” when it comes to life being that you will "never" know what might happen.
I collected some more pictures from the movie and/or main 2 actresses (I am not sure if these are shots from the set or from the movie itself). Some of them look pretty sexy, looks like those 2 girls are going to kiss each other? See for yourself. I am not sure what that is all about:

Dear Galileo Thailand Movie Review :
Two young women do a bit of growing up in Dear Galileo (Nee Tam Galileo, หนีตามกาลิเลโอ), in the overwhelmingly light travel drama by GMM Tai Hub and director Nithiwat Tharatorn.
Nithitwat, who made his debut as one of six young directors on the childhood comedy Fan Chan moves from the high-school romantic melodrama of his second film Seasons Change to college.
Here, headstrong Cherry (Chutima Teepanat) has been given an "F" and suspended for a year from the university, not because she's a poor student, but because the budding architect forged her absent teacher's signature so she could use the drafting room after hours. Meanwhile, Cherry's friend Noon (Jarinporn Junkiat) has broken up with her on-again off-again boyfriend Tum. He analyzes her perfectly. Being severely co-dependent, the clingy Noon is depressed and rudderless without him.
Taking a literal and metaphorical leap from a bungee-jump tower, the girls vow to be best friends forever and take a year-long trip to Europe to forget about their troubles.
Gravity is a motif that's revisited often in Dear Galileo -- Cherry and Noon test out one of the 15th century Italian physicist's purported theories -- that the speed of falling objects is independent of the objects' weight. Mixing in superstition, they throw rocks off a bridge, and if the rocks hit the water at the same time, it means something might happen. Or not.
Throughout the film, the girls are confronted by the consequences of their actions, but fail to heed the warnings until gravity -- however light -- finally takes hold.
Their travels take them to London, Paris and Venice. Along the way, they plan to work in Thai restaurants and do a bit of sightseeing whenever they can.
In London, they face just how mundane their existence is, living in a hovel of a basement apartment, working for the dragon-lady owner of a Thai restaurant and having to always be on the lookout for the Home Ministry immigration officers. For Cherry and Noon and the cheerful motley band of overseas Thai workers, being caught means being deported.
Wearing out their welcome in London, the girls head to Paris, where the stereotypical accordion music is cued up for scenes of Gauloises-puffing French.

Review

NEW YORK -- A hit throughout Southeast Asia when it was released last year, "Ong Bak 2" is a throwback to the kung fu flicks of a previous generation. First-rate action scenes alternate with florid melodrama, and jaw-dropping stunts try to compensate for saccharine plot twists. An excellent vehicle for martial-arts champ Tony Jaa (the screen name for Panom Yeerum), "Ong Bak 2" will please action fans while drawing barely a glance from mainstream viewers.
The original "Ong Bak," which also starred Jaa, was a thriller set in present-day Bangkok and dealt with smuggling, poaching, drugs and slavery. While it hits on many of the same topics, "Ong Bak 2" takes place in the 15th century and is built around a political feud between decadent rulers and their opponents.
Jaa plays Tien, forced on the run as a child after his parents are murdered, and then raised in a rebel gang led by Chernung (Sorapong Chatree). Headquartered in a majestic jungle hideout, the Garuda Wing Cliff rebels operate much like Robin Hood's men, staging raids on local despots and liberating enslaved peasants. Tien works his way up to leader of the gang, then sets out on his own quest for vengeance.
It takes almost a half-hour for Jaa to appear on screen, and for large stretches his acting, including his fighting, feels a bit perfunctory. Kung fu aficionados will appreciate the sequences showing Tien's martial arts training, captured in loving detail.
The action is surrounded by impressive filmmaking. Jaa jumps across a herd of elephants, leads attacks on enormous castles and takes part in elaborate ethnic dances, supported all the while by strong production design, wonderful costumes and assured editing.
Like the original, "Ong Bak 2" leads up to a slam-bang finale in which Jaa takes on dozens of opponents in a fight to the finish. Here's where his skill and dedication come into focus. Even the most jaded viewer can't help but be astonished at Jaa's athleticism as he leaps, spins, flips and at one point takes a three-story fall
