The newest 'Dancing' cast took to the floor to prove that they're more than just household names. The star-studded cast this season includes athletes, supermodels and even radio hosts and karate kids who danced the Foxtrot or the Cha Cha on the season premiere.
With Kirstie Alley dancing last in the night, did they save the best for last? See how well celebs got down on the dance floor ...
Kirstie Alley & Maksim Chmerkovskiy
In the most anticipated dance of the night, Kirstie Alley wowed the audience as she danced the night away with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy. The two scored the second highest of the night, raking in 23 points. She's been affectionately dubbed 'G' for 'grandma' by her partner, but this grannie let loose on the dance floor.
Ralph Macchio & Karina Smirnoff
Just call him the comeback kid! Ralph Macchio of 'Karate Kid' fame, 49 years old but looking 'the same' as he did in the retro film franchise, according to dance partner Karina 'Miss Miyagi' Smirnoff, got the highest score of the night, 24 points.
Petra Nemcova & Dmitry Chaplin
Supermodel Petra Nemcova and partner Dmitry gracefully floated across the stage in their foxtrot. The supermodel, all limbs and high cheekbones, sobbed upon hearing news of Japan's earthquake and tsunami during rehearsal, which prompted her to later dedicate her first dance to the people in Japan.
Kendra Wilkinson & Louis Van Amstel
The ever cheerful Kendra Wilkinson brought her bubbly charm to the dance floor. The blond is a fan favorite and is anticipated to be among the leaders in the show, though her first round dance left us wanting a little more. You'll never guess who was there to watch Kendra strut her stuff ...
Hugh Hefner and young
blond fiance Crystal Harris were part of the Kendra fan club at the 'Dancing' premiere. The 'Girls Next Door' secretary as well as Hank Baskett, Kendra's husband also made the trip.
