Pancharangi started doing well at the Box Office right from the day one. And its collection went up by more than 30% in the second week. It is said that the film earned Rs. 1.58 crores in the first week. Whereas in the second week, the collection went up and it earned Rs. 1.99 crore in six days. The word of mouth is creating magic day by day and the movie bosses are said to be expecting it to do even well in the third week.
Earlier, it was reported that the movie bosses had decided to release the film Pancharangi in 45 centres, but due to some unknown reason, it could not be released in all the theatres. Now, it is being screened only in 39 theatres. According to sources, the movie has not been released in coastal areas and rain-hit place like Bagalkot. The collection of the film would have been even better if it was screened in all these places.
Pancharangi has already collected more than its production cost. Meanwhile, the film producers are said to be getting calls from Tamil, Telugu and Hindi film producers for remake rights. The Gandhinagar experts say that the collection of film might beat the record of this years Blockbuster film Aatha Rakshaka. However, Yogaraj Bhat was not available on the telephone call to comment on the development of the movie.
