Sura (English: Shark) is a forthcoming Tamil action film written and directed by S. P. Rajkumar and produced by Sangili Murugan, starring Vijay and Tamannaah Bhatia in lead roles. The film, previously titled as Urimai Kural, will be Vijay's 50th film upon release. The film, recently purchased by Sun Pictures for distribution rights,[2] is expected to release in April 2010.Vijay starts 'Sura'

Interestingly, it was Sangili Murugan who had produced the actor’s blockbuster 'Kadhalukku Mariyadhai' a decade ago.Raajkumar, who directed a couple of comedy capers ('En Purushan Kuzhandhai Madhiri' and 'Ponmanam') earlier, recently churned out 'Azhagarmalai' starring RK.
Tamannah plays the ladylove of Vijay in the movie which has Vadivelu in it. Manisharma has been roped in to score the music. The movie features Vijay playing the role of a fisherman, according to reliable sources
